I had the opportunity to play this week with an image from TLC Creations – You give me wings.  I loved to play with this image since I was able to make a cut file using my Cricut for the word wings.  Thanks to the great quality of the stamps, I was able to combine printing and cutting giving my card more dimension and adding interest to it.

To add dimension, I used a Versamark pen to apply ink to the printed text and then used clear embossing powder to add shine to the image.  For the word Wings I added three coats of embossing powder to make it look like an Epoxy Sticker.

Aquí les muestro mi tarjeta / Here is my card:

OK, once I showed you my selected card for this week, I am going to show you the first one I made which results I simply hated because it looks like a Las Vegas Nevada sign.  But, my DT friends wanted me to present it and make a poll to see which one my audience consider more pretty.  So here is my first card.  Not every time we end up with something beautiful L

Hope you have a wonderful week and many happy crafting hours.

Besitos,
Joan

Master Joan... they are both beautiful cards. It's just that they are both very different. This is the beauty of scrapbooking. With same materials and tools we all do different creations and none is right or wrong, just different. Love them both. Double inspiration.
